 The organized picks and round one
standings for this week's tournament are on the site. We chose
22 golfers. D.J. is the favorite, one player short of
unanimous. Rory and Adam tie for 2nd most popular, picked 14
times each. Jason Day shows up 12 times. Patrick Reed is on 10
teams. The Spieth kid made the cut for 9 of us. Ryan Moore got
the nod 6 times. Five players prefer J.J. Walker. Justin Rose
is a 4-bagger. Brooks, Bubba, Sergio and Louie O. are the
treys. The deuces include Mickelson, James Hahn and long John
Holmes.A mere 6 uniques for the final event of the year. Oliver and Joe lead with 2 each. Andrew and Jordie have one each. The remaining 12 of us couldn't pull out a Hoosier unique. This is it. This week decides it all. The Summer Season, the "TMC", the Year-Long and the final tournament of the year are all right there for the taking. Who has the golf pooling skills to grab destiny and the cash? They must have had some rain in Indiana today, the tee times have been pushed back about 4 hours. I think this is a pretty good course. They played here in 2012 and I seem to remember being impressed... at least not repulsed, anyway. We kept our picks pretty tight this week. Six golfers out of 22 picked by more than half of us is playing the favorites. Unless someone's unique gets hot this one's going down to the wire. And that's the way it should be... Let's get it on!
