Chris Wins The PGA Championship!

Uniques, uniques, uniques. Guess they really do matter...

The Rule 20-6 Golf Pool PGA Championship TrophyChris was living the golf poolers dream Sunday, at least on the last 3 holes of regulation, as his unique pick of Keegan Bradley overcame a triple bogey on #15 and won, propelling Chris to victory by $732,663 over Steve.  It was Chris' second major win of the year.  Steve also benefited from his own unique pick of t4 David Toms to end up $198,214 ahead of me.  Hugh finished 4th, missing the money by $132,786.

I hung on to the lead in the Summer Season standings.  Chris jumped from 6th to 2nd and trails me by just over $500,000.  Steve remained in 3rd place and is just over $45,000 behind Chris.  Dave A. fell 2 places to the bubble spot.

Chris moved into 1st from 4th in the "TMC" standings.  He is ahead of Hugh, who fell one spot to 2nd, by just under $400k.  Steve fell one position to 3rd and I moved up one spot to 4th.  Elise, who was previously 3rd, fell out of the top 4.  One tournament to go in that race and that will be the final event of the year.

No changes in the top 4 in the Year-Long standings.  They are still, in order, me, Steve, Bill and Dave A.

We are entering the home stretch.  Three tournaments remain and the next one in about 10 days is the Barclays Classic in Plainfield, NJ.  It's the first Fed-Ex Cup "Playoff" tournament.  As always, Nick, Heath, Jerrod and Audra will be there.  Why wouldn't they be?  It's the Barclays.

Get those picks in on time.

Later,
