Putting the whammy on someone through the TV actually worked this time...

The Rule 20-6 Tournament #4 TrophyNo one had any golfers in the top 3 this week, but we did get 5 that finished in the top 10.  T4 Justin Rose birdied 3 of the last 6 holes, T13 Rickie Fowler bogeyed 3 of the last 5, and that along with having 2 other golfers tied for 4th helped me sneak into the victory circle this week.  I finished $32,760 ahead of 2nd place Jordie.  Jordie was hurt by Fowler's rotten finish.  Brett grabbed the last money spot for the 2nd time this year, ending up $6,768 behind Jordie.  Rose's good finish is what kept Brett out of first place this week.  Randy and Mike D. tied for 4th, missing the last money spot by $16,632.

Randy jumped over Dave B. to take the Spring Season lead.  Brett stayed in 3rd and Bill is still on the money bubble.  No one won enough money this week for any big changes.

In case anyone wonders, the rule change/addition from last week passed 13-0, with 2 people apparently abstaining.

No time to rest. In about 3˝ days we are going about 2 hours south on the Florida Turnpike to Miami and Doral and the W.G.C.-Cadillac Championship.  It will be the first "Tiger May Care" event of the year.  Did Donald Trump buy Doral?  Do I remember reading that last year?  God, I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so.  I hope we don't have to see that jackhole on TV next weekend, but I imagine the egomaniac won't be able to stay out of the booth.  I hope Johnny Miller pulls his toupee off.

Get those picks in on time.

Later,
